a) Support customer calling and follow-up activities
b) Update customer information and reports on system
c) Assist in QR campaign/customer registration process
d) Coordinate with Marketing & Sales team for customer engagement activities
e) Support data tracking and reporting using Excel and digital platforms
➢Education and Knowledge: Students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
➢Abilities:
- Excited working in telesales, customer service, or call center fields.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
