Marketing Executive / Specialist (B2B Commercial & Education)

Join BenQ Vietnam and drive the growth of our Commercial & Education business by executing local marketing initiatives aligned with APAC regional strategy. You will work closely with Regional Office, Sales, Product, and channel partners to build brand awareness, generate sales leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BenQ APAC Regional Office to understand regional strategies and develop Vietnam quarterly marketing plans.

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, PR, events, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and partner marketing.

• Organize customer events, product launches, workshops, and roadshows to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Manage BenQ Vietnam B2B website and social media channels with localized and engaging content.

• Generate qualified sales leads and work closely with the Sales team to support lead conversion and business growth.

• Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials while ensuring brand consistency.

• Monitor campaign performance, marketing metrics, and market trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

• Coordinate with agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or above

Preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related disciplines.

Language

Fluent in English

Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with BenQ APAC Regional Office and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, IT, Commercial Display, or Education Technology industries.

• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, events, PR, social media, and demand generation.

• Familiar with website management, Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, or marketing automation tools.

• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Analytical, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

• Passionate about AI, Digital Transformation, Smart Workplace, and Education Technology.
