Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:

1. Brand Development

• Support Brand Manager in executing annual brand plans and key marketing initiatives, especially for seasonal campaigns (Moon, Tet festivals)

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand performance.

• Support preparation of business reviews and performance reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or FMCG industry.

• Strong project management and coordination skills.

• Must have: Innovation/New product development experience. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
