• At least 1 year of experience in content, social media, marketing, or video editing.

• Strong Vietnamese writing: tight sentences, clear rhythm, a distinct voice — nothing cliched or templated.

• Solid English reading comprehension; able to write basic-to-intermediate English content (with AI assistance).
