Marketing Executive

Being a member of Navigos Search Marketing Team, this position will be fully responsible for marketing activities that will have important impact to increasing brand awareness and driving more leads for Navigos Search – which is the leading brand in headhunter services.

You will be fully responsible and accountable for researching, proposing ideas, planning, managing, and implementing all marketing activities across social channels, with opportunities to improve your communication skills and grow.

Job Overview

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting marketing activities across content, events, and sales enablement. This is a hands-on role in a small team, requiring self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to execute campaigns from planning to delivery.

1. Marketing materials and content development:

- Plan, create, and produce content for branding, product features, campaigns, and sales promotions (articles, social media posts, videos, presentations, brochures, etc.).

- Design and build marketing and sales materials (catalogues, presentations, brochures) in both Vietnamese and English.

- Manage digital content distribution (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

- Maintain the content calendar and produce market reports and insights.

2. Event support:

- Develop event themes and content in collaboration with internal teams.

- Build all event materials: sales messages, invitations, CEO speeches, presentations, social posts, photos/videos

- Produce pre-event and post-event content, including recaps and amplification.

3. Partnerships:

- Collaborate with PR or partners to produce content for joint campaigns.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all partnership communications.

4. Other Responsibilities:

- Monitor content performance and provide basic analysis and improvement recommendations.

- Support other marketing tasks as assigned by NS Leaders.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree of marketing, communications.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (B2B preferred).

- Good command of English (reading/writing).

- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a small team.

- Ability to design visuals using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools is a strong plus.

- Experience in producing content and marketing materials from scratch.

- Willingness to take full ownership of marketing projects from planning to execution.
