Marketing Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and manage SEO-friendly content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, project case studies, and other marketing materials to improve brand visibility and online presence.

• Develop captions, scripts, subtitles, promotional content, and campaign messaging while ensuring consistency with OSCA ASIA's brand voice, communication standards, and relevant SEO keywords where applicable.

• Research workplace trends, office design concepts, commercial real estate developments, and market insights to support content creation and marketing initiatives.

• Proofread, edit, and maintain the quality, accuracy, and SEO optimization of all content before publication.

• Assist in managing social media platforms, content schedules, website updates, digital content management, and basic SEO content implementation.

• Support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and lead generation activities, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for marketing materials, photography, and company updates.

• Support campaign performance by preparing basic reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years relevant working experience.

• Knowledge in CRM management e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Good written and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

• Familiar with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other marketing tools.
