Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Collaborate with the team to deliver campaigns (email, social, digital).Liaise with designers, videographers, and agencies (outsourcing when needed).Produce weekly email updates and promotions.
Create/edit short-form videos or manage production.
Track performance and support KPIs.
Manage [C] Vietnam Digital editorial calendar (media and Facebook).Contribute monthly updates (newsletters/videos).Propose trending interview topics.
Align marketing with membership and business goals

1–2 years of marketing/communications experience.
Strong English writing/editing (Vietnamese a plus).Organized, able to manage projects.
Comfortable with external partners.
Familiar with HubSpot, Meta for Business, and Canva/Adobe (or willing to learn).Experience in video production/editing.
Creative with content ideas.
Degree or coursework in journalism/communications is a plus.
