• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives.

• Lead brand positioning, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, CRM and customer engagement initiatives.

• Translate market, customer and competitor insights into actionable growth plans.

• Partner with Business Development, Product and other functions to drive customer acquisition, revenue and market share.

• Own the marketing budget, performance KPIs optimization.

• Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team; set priorities and performance expectations.

• Manage agencies and strategic partners, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.

• Provide management with regular performance reports, insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver digital projects effectively.

• Undertake other tasks as and when assigned by Head of Marketing, CRM & Product.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a manager role.

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns.

• Strong commercial mindset with solid capability in data analysis, budgeting and performance management.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Fluent business English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and marketing analytics tools.

• Strategic, results-driven, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance or consumer finance is an advantage.
