Marketing Assistant

Summary of Role:

• The position is located at the HCMC office.

• The role is assisting all aspects of Marketing and Communications in relation to the Product and Service business.

• Ad-hoc assignments.

Responsibilities in Detail:

Product Management:

• Product Analysis: The role is responsible for analyzing market trends and sales performance in order to avail informed recommendations for the product. The role also analyses competitor activity in order to provide the business’s product with a competitive edge over competition. In this capacity, the role also develops product stories and points of sale for the product.

• Collaboration: The role also has an obligation to collaborate with marketing manager in maintaining plan integration and ensuring the overall achievement of product objectives.

• Supports Sales and Marketing Activities: The role aligns product launch activities with marketing activities. This is achieved through the furnishing of the sales team with competitor analysis, market analysis, business performance analysis, and other research information.

Marketing Assistant

• Supporting Head of Marketing and Clinical as an assistant

• Help organize and coordinate marketing events

• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

• Handle all the contracts related to the marketing department

• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral

• Other tasks assigned by Line Managers

• University Graduate with a degree in Medicine/ Pharmacy/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communications.

• The position requires more than 3 years of corporate marketing communications experience within a multinational company.

• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with internal and external personnel, strong oral and written communication skills in English, analytical thinking with creativity and determination.

• You must work calmly under pressure and on your own initiative; you will be equally efficient operating within a team.

• Willing to travel occasionally throughout the country.
