Marcom Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

- In charge of Marketing Communication and Public relation of the company and Group

- Managing Corporate Branding

- Build up plan for Advertisement, public relation and CSR for company and Group

- Supporting Marketing Director, C&R Director in activities relating to Marketing and brand management under company and Group

- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities

- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets

- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand

- Maintain good relationship with media and agency

- Develop a periodical Social Media Roll-Out Plan with content creation for current and would-be clients, with targeted messaging that is relevant,

Other job

- Coordinate with other departments of the company, projects and affiliates of Group

- Any other works assigned by Board of Directors.

Education, Training and Experience:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, preferable in Marketing Communication

- At least 3 years experience in the same position, experience in Real Estate is a plus

- A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.

- Good knowledge of content development and digital marketing.

- Able to work under pressure and travelling.
