Manufacturing System Support Specialist (Open for Freshers)

Support daily operation of shop floor systems and help resolve basic system issues.
Monitor system performance and report problems to the team.
Create simple reports to track inventory and product movement.
Assist in installing and maintaining RFID equipment and scanning devices.
Help set up and support tablets, scanners, and other shop floor devices.
Maintain basic system documentation and update layouts when needed.
Manage user accounts, access, and system settings.
Support training for users and help them use systems correctly.
Work with internal teams and vendors to support system setup and improvements.
Log and follow up on IT issues until they are resolved.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Basic understanding of production/manufacturing systems is a strong plus.
Acknowledgement of Production Planning/Scheduling is preferred.
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
Quick learner with ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Fresher will be trained from A-Z by local & US teams.
