Manufacturing Project Manager (Chinese and English, $1800, ID 21274)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager (Chinese and English, $1800, ID 21274):
1. Customer Engagement & Factory Presentation
- Act as the primary contact for overseas customers during factory visits.
- Deliver professional presentations introducing the company, manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and quality management systems.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's manufacturing technologies, production workflows, and operational processes.
- Address customer inquiries and provide technical and operational information when required.
2. Project Management
- Lead and coordinate assigned manufacturing and business projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and customers.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in direct customer communication, customer relationship management, and project coordination.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
