Position Objectives:

• Support PwC business in Vietnam in identifying and managing legal risks and to comply

with laws and regulations and PwC Network policies

• Support the Office of General Counsel team, to ensure efficient and effective performance

of the internal legal functions of the Firm

Requirements:

• Qualified Vietnamese lawyer with at least 7 years of relevant experience

• Solid knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulations, preferably in finance and consulting businesses

• Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, law interpretation and implementation skills

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• High degree of proficiency in English
