Management Trainee

This is a management development role, designed to build future leaders for Martème.

Rather than hiring fully experienced specialists, we invest in developing high-potential individuals through structured training, real store exposure and guided responsibility.

You will rotate across key functions, build core operational and customer experience capabilities and then specialize into one of the following tracks, while continuing your journey to becoming a Store Manager:

• Customer Experience & In-store Communication
• Calm Bar / Sensory Experience
• Customer Care & Service Recovery
• Gifting & Product Storytelling
• Store Experience & Journey Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and execute store operations and customer service standards
• Support different stations and understand how they connect
• Assist in training new staff (once ready)
• Maintain strong discipline in standards, cleanliness and service
• Product Knowledge and Storytelling
• Observe customer behavior and share insights
• Take ownership of small projects or improvements
• Support New Store Opening activities when required

1. Education & Experience

• Fresh graduates to 1-3 years’ experience in: Retail, Hospitality, F&B or Customer experience
• Open to any candidates with strong attitude and learning ability

2. Skills & Competencies

• Bi-lingual communication in Vietnamese and English (Intermediate-Advanced)
• Strong learning agility
• Good communication skills
• Organized and responsible
• Able to work in a structured environment
• Willing to accept feedback, and improve everyday

3. Personal Attributes

• Positive, proactive, and curious
• Enjoy working with people
• Interested in retail, lifestyle or customer experience
• Comfortable starting hands-on and growing into leadership
