Management Accountant (District 9, HCMC or Dau Giay, Dong Nai) | Free Shuttle Bus

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, financial control, and accurate reporting across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor departmental spending and ensure compliance with budget controls.
Oversee production procedures and implement control gates to ensure efficiency and cost control.
Manage and monitor the inventory system, performing regular physical-to-system reconciliations.
Develop and maintain relevant financial and operational reports to support management decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance factory processes and drive operational improvements.
Support annual budget preparation and periodic forecast updates.
Conduct variance analysis on actual vs. budget spending and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, corporate policies, and relevant regulations.
Assist in implementing system improvements and automation for reporting and data accuracy.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making for production, supply chain activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to use advanced formulas and pivot tables.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Query, Power BI, and Macros (advantageous).
Background in manufacturing finance or operational accounting preferred.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
