Make risk assessment, checklist, SAM, LOTO, PPE and work permit for maintenance work and contractor as regulationComplete work order as plan, input corrective work, and breakdown with right failure code to SAPJoin to build and update RCM continuously, make OWD RCM, SWI, SOP to eliminate task list unnecessarilyAssess critical equipment, focus maintenance category A/B equipment preparation: spare parts, SWI, tool, calibration, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, clean-inspection and lubricationWrite and update SWI, OPL, SOP as output problem solving and cycle SDCASupport and coach Operator to implement autonomous maintenanceAnalyze the spare parts to review min/max, prepare spare parts for A/B equipment, track external repair on time, recommend to buy special partDo predictive maintenance by using thermal cameras and SDT ultrasonicTrack and complete analysis 5Why 100% on qualityEngineering support: Do as request from line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

University/ College graduate in engineering/ mechanical industrialHaving at least 2 years experience in a maintenance job in the manufacturing company (prefer experience with valves, pump, heat exchanger, centrifuge)Having good English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAPHaving knowledge in industrial utilities, and/or equipment used in the brewing process in the various work areasHaving skills in communication management, problem analyzing & solving, planning & organizing, creative thinking, ownership and working under high pressureHaving growth mindset, integrity and liability
