Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance and process support activities to ensure stable production operations and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery, equipment, tooling, and facilities.

• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.

• Optimize maintenance and utility costs.

• Manage spare parts inventory and critical components.

• Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding equipment, fire protection, buildings, and utilities.

• Support equipment installation, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

• Maintain technical documentation and system records.

• Support implementation of manufacturing and IT-related systems.

• Participate in investment planning and new equipment/process evaluation.

• Lead testing, analysis, and validation activities for new processes and equipment.

• Manage daily activities of the maintenance team, including resource allocation.

• Control maintenance budgets and departmental costs.

• Develop team capability through training, coaching, and performance management.

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

• Ensure compliance with company EHS policies and legal requirements.

• Maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

• Identify and report unsafe conditions and hazards.

• Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering within a manufacturing environment.

• Previous supervisory or team management experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Experience in equipment troubleshooting and process support.

• Familiarity with plant utilities and facility management.

• Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic computer applications.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Willingness to work under pressure and travel when required.
