Tuyển dụng Maintenance Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

Develop and execute maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Drive equipment reliability, OEE improvement, and reduction of unplanned downtime.
Lead Engineering & Maintenance teams, including managers, supervisors, and technical specialists.
Manage utilities, infrastructure, and facility systems (power, compressed air, Ect .....).
Lead and manage CAPEX projects related to machinery, equipment, utilities, automation, and facility improvements.
Lead automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production, quality, planning, procurement, and international equipment suppliers.
Develop technical capabilities of the Engineering & Maintenance team through training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance management.

Workplace: Lot#P2-083 | Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone | Phnom Penh, Cambodia & Cu Chi
Working hour: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Saturday) lunch 60 minute
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related Engineering field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or management position.
Strong background in maintenance strategy, TPM, reliability engineering, and automation.
Experience working with international OEM equipment suppliers.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing utilities, infrastructure, facility systems, spare parts, maintenance budgets, and CAPEX projects.
Business-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to work and be based in Cambodia.
