【Responsibilities】
- Coordinate MEPF disciplines with each other and with the on-site construction team.
- Read, analyze, and interpret project drawings, specifications, and combination drawings.
- Utilize engineering tools and software to identify and resolve technical conflicts on-site.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese National Technical Regulations (QCVN, TCVN) and international standards.
- Propose Value Engineering solutions and evaluate technical options for cost and operational efficiency.
- Manage Quantity Surveying (QS) tasks and support accurate project cost evaluations.
- Conduct site construction supervision, schedule control, and quality control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and supervise their site execution and daily activities.
- Support site safety and quality management to align with corporate and legal requirements.

＜Must＞
- University graduate in MEPF field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Possesses a comprehensive systems thinking approach to coordinate MEPF disciplines with each other and with the construction team.
- Proficient in reading and understanding drawings, specification, combination drawing and skilled in using tools to resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese National Technical Regulations (QCVN, TCVN) and international standards.
- Ability to proposal Value Engineering and evaluate technical solutions in terms of operational performance and cost.
- Possesses practical knowledge of QS, construction supervision, construction schedule control, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and supervise subcontractors.
＜Prefer＞
- English: Upper-Intermediate level.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working at MEP Japanese companies.
