Logistics - Theo Dõi Đơn Hàng

• Communicate with production factories to monitor production and shipment status, including inspection booking and related coordination
• Coordinate and communicate daily with the sales teams in Korea and Ho Chi Minh office
• Coordinate and monitor import/export shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and handle shipping documents, customs documents, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Work closely with suppliers, forwarders, warehouses, and transportation companies to ensure smooth operations. 
• Track shipment status and update relevant departments on delivery progress.
• Arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and import/export regulations.
• Support other logistics and supply chain activities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: College or University degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Merchandiser position.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation skills and good follow-up ability.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of FOB costing and basic IT skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work well under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Hard-working and responsible
