Logistics Supervisor (Experienced Only)

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise and manage supply chain operations.

• Oversee the transportation of products between warehouses, stores, and customers.

• Coordinate product pickups and deliveries with transportation providers and assign routes to drivers accordingly, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.

• Handle all documents related to logistics operations, including delivery summaries, invoices, receiving notes, supply sheets, and delivery notes.

• Collect delivery documents, invoices, and other related paperwork, and submit them to the Accounting team in a timely manner.

• Manage warehouse operations, including daily inbound and outbound logistics activities, inventory control, and stock reporting in compliance with company regulations and management requirements.

• Find and develop new outsourced trucking vendors to support operational demands.

• Identify and prepare suitable warehouse vendors in line with annual business and expansion plans.

• Review monthly delivery costs, analyze logistics expenses, and negotiate with vendors to optimize logistics costs.

• Reconcile daily and monthly inventory records.

• Prepare logistics reports and process claims related to trucks, drivers, and logistics costs in accordance with company standards.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

• Bachelor degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration.

• At least 2 years experience at the same role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility.

• Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines.

• Creative, proactive, well-organized.

• Experience working in the FMCG industry, especially in the food sector, is an advantage.

• Good command of English is preferred.
