Logistics Supervisor

Logistics & Import/Export
Manage import/export operations including shipments, customs clearance, and transportation.
Ensure compliance with Vietnam customs regulations, EPE regulations, and international trade requirements.
Oversee export documentation (C/O, CI/PL, Phyto, Customs Declaration, FSC, EPE settlement reports).
Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Monitor shipping schedules, logistics costs, and resolve shipment or customs issues.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management.
Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, including OEM partners.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material supply and payment processing.
Material Planning & Reporting
Plan and monitor material purchasing schedules and delivery timelines.
Resolve delivery or quality issues with suppliers and internal teams.
Prepare periodic reports and support process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
3–5+ years of experience in logistics, import/export, or procurement.
Experience in EPE companies or export manufacturing is preferred.
Understanding of Vietnam customs regulations and EPE settlement reporting.
Basic knowledge in ISO, GMP, HACCP
Good negotiation, supplier management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good English communication (written and spoken).
