Logistics Specialist

- Prepare all documents for import-export process such as PO, Sales contract, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Customs Clearance, Insurance & Certificate of Origin, LC, etc.
- Liaise with customers authorities, depots and CO issuing agents.
- Coordinate forwarders, express agents, trucking vendors to manage the shipments smoothly.
- Manage warehouse operation to ensure comply with company's policies and requirements.
- Do other tasks as manager required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Import/Export, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Have knowledge in import & export, logistics & LC payment section.
- Honest, dynamic, able to withstand high work pressure, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
