Logistics Specialist 2 YOE | TP.HCM

• Prepare all documents for import-export process such as PO, Sales contract, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Customs Clearance, Insurance & Certificate of Origin, LC, etc..).
• Liaise with MOIT, DOIT about making C/O - Liaise with Customs authorities and depots.
• Coordinate forwarders, express agents, trucking vendors to manage the shipments smoothly.
• Manage warehouse operation to ensure comply with company’s policies and requirements.
• Do other tasks as manager required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Import/Export, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Have knowledge in import & export, logistics & LC payment section, making C/O specially.
• Honest, dynamic, able to withstand high work pressure, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
