- Execute and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing expert consultation on freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and local customs requirements.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage comprehensive shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and commercial invoices.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the Vietnam office and regional headquarters in Japan.
- Proactively address and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Support business development initiatives by providing technical logistics insights during client presentations.
- Other related tasks from Japanese manager.

- English: Intermediate Level
- At least 3 years of experience in outside sales in Logistic industry
- Have knowledge of freight forwarding
