Mô tả công việc

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Handling Customs procedures and import/export documentation.

Collaborate with the accounting dept. to complete the necessary documents (INV,P/L,B/L..)

Review orders, identify discrepancies, and handle issues

Check and advise cost, quotation if being required

Contact shipping lines to book vessels and track order progress, manage delivery timelines and costs.

Track deliveries and resolve problems (shortage, damage,...

Yêu cầu công việc

Language: Good in using English.

Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in import/export field.

Good knowledge of import/export and customs procedures ( Manufacturing )

Proficient in computer skills (Excel, email, etc. SAP)

Being dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, patient and hard-working.

Able to work in group and independent.
