Logistics & Inventory Control Supervisor

• Responsible for direct handling all the FGs: receiving, storing, checking and issuing FGs.

• Direct and control Warehouses execution and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness.

• Main activities include warehousing, transportation, distribution and storage management.

• Oversee the overall Warehouse and monitor effectiveness of activities to optimize resources

• Responsible for the safety and correctness of the finished goods inventory to match the real stocks with the records, organizes regular stock count

2. Main Duties and Functions:

• Receiving finished goods, packaging, business promotional products.

• Storage of finished goods, packaging, business promotional products.

• Inventory Control.

• Controlling and developing product inspection processes to ensure that customers receive products in perfect condition.

• Contributions and responsibility for quality and food safety, food fraud, Halal

• Follow strictly procedures and work-instructions relating to finished goods handling.

• Supervises storage of finished goods in warehouse areas, including external warehouse, if any.

• Organizes and supervises the dispatch of finished goods and promotion goods to the market, follows strictly FEFO principle.

• Supervises returned products from market.

3. Major Challenge of the Job

• Handles sorting & identify finished goods into Type ABCD.

• Training and monitor 3P staff at Warehouse.

• Contributions and responsibility for quality and food safety, food fraud, Halal.

• Make claim, operation reports

• Coordinates with QA team, sales administrators and customer service on matters related to finished goods.

4. Define expected performance in the role

• Productivity and Operation Improvement

• DANGO (internal audit tracking)

• Contract in place as Danone policy

• Operation excellent for accuracy, compliance and transparency.

• Internal & External relationship development. (supplier performance evaluation, X-functional projects)

5. Experience:

At least 5 years experience in Warehouse/Supply Chain function.

6. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.

• 5 years of Warehouses management and /or Supply Chain Functions.

• Warehouses process skill both warehouse and transportation.

• Able to communicate in English.
