Mô tả công việc Logistics Executive
Job Purpose:
Manage end-to-end import/export operations ensuring compliance, timeliness, and quality control.
1. Import & Export Operations:
Execute and monitor shipments (sea/air).
Coordinate with suppliers and partners.
2. Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO...).
Ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Logistics Agencies Coordination:
Work with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
Request quotations and evaluate vendors.
4. Quality Inspection & Control
Ensure goods meet quality standards before shipment.
Handle inspection reports and resolve quality issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in import-export.
Proficient in English or Chinese (Mandarin).
Experience in fashion/retail industry is preferred.
