LOGISTIC DEPUTY MANAGER

- Lead and manage the Logistics Section in including Import, Export and Domestic Delivery, ensure all these activities to operate smoothly and effectively by improving the standard operating procedure, strategic planning along with searching & developing continuously the supplier and forwarder list to ensure supply fully ordered quantity and on time shipment accordingly with the concept of continuous improvement in terms of service quality, optimizing logistics cost and transit/delivery time performance.
- Solving problems arising from all shipments during transportation, delivery to customers until complete all payments to the related services providers.
- Coordinate with related parties (WH, Sale, QC, Accounting…) to catch up correct information for proper actions.
- Manage the costs in terms of Domestic delivery , OF & loading/ unloading (if any).
- Monthly, summarize, analyze all costs related to imports - exports and domestic delivery.
- Evaluate the situation, make the necessary proposal in line with the general situation; optimize the costs effectively and reasonably.
- Work out logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to support and improve operational performance for Logistics Section.
- Seeking, selecting Supliers, negotiating contracts and services rate.
- Manage, arrange and allocate manpower reasonably based on the changes within section.
- Report to General Manager of Logistics and Warehouse Department and handle other jobs assigned by General Manager (if any).
(Company shuttle bus available from Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa - Dong Nai)
- At least 2 years of the same role.
- University (Logistics, Supply Chain, Economy or Business Administratiiion).
- Fluent in English (04 skills: Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing);Computer skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook, PowerPoint).
