Logistic Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed verification of logistics invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Collect and analyze data for statistical reporting and provide insights for process improvement.

• Manage approval workflows in SAP, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.

• Collaborate with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth invoicing operations.

• Utilize MS Office products, especially Excel and Power BI, to compile reports and visualize data effectively.

• Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Procurement, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Operations, or related analytical roles.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience working with international freight is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with 3PL/4PL operations, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Advanced: PBI, Power Query,...) , PBI

• Data processing skills and ability to work with large datasets.
