Tuyển dụng Loan Senior Officer tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Prepare and manage loan applications, agreements, collateral documents, and related procedures.

- Draft, review, and update loan contracts, policies, and procedures.

- Maintain professional relationships with customers and support Managers in loan signing and customer activities across provinces.

- Update and manage loan information in the internal DAON system in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

- Manage collateral procedures, including mortgage registration, cancellation, and core banking system updates.

- Manage loan documentation, overdue loans, CIC-related matters, and customer credit limits.

- Collect and verify required documents for credit evaluation, disbursement, guarantees, bill discounting, and other credit transactions.

- Process loan transactions and maintain accurate data in the core banking system.

- Guide customers on required documents and confirm document submission.

- Monitor and verify the use of loan proceeds in accordance with approved purposes.

- Monitor internet banking transactions and repayment schedules; follow up on overdue principal and interest payments.

- Perform asset classification and provisioning activities in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

- Develop and acquire new corporate clients and identify potential lending opportunities.

- Prepare and submit Loan Department reports to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).

- Perform other duties as assigned by Managers and the General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate lending or credit operations.

- Strong knowledge of corporate lending, credit administration, and loan procedures.

- Experience in a Korean bank or financial institution is a strong advantage.

- Good English communication skills are a plus.

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.

- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
