Responsibilities:

• Apply AI tools to support concept development, background generation, visual exploration, and faster design production (Core Requirement) 
• Design creative assets for livestream and live commerce activities, including Livestream Backgrounds (BGLS), product display zones, LED/TVC screen frames, thumbnails, banners, POSM, and event related visuals 
• Develop livestream visual concepts based on brand briefs, product stories, campaign messages, platform requirements, and commercial objectives 
• Design and prepare artwork for print production and physical props, including backdrops, booths, standees, display shelves, podiums, signage, POSM, and set decoration items 
• Support the production of livestream/event mockups, visual adaptations, and final artwork files for execution 
• Handle image editing tasks such as background creation, retouching, perspective matching, lighting adjustment, image compositing, and final file preparation 
• Work closely with Studio, Marketing, Operations, and Brand teams to ensure design quality, timeline alignment, and livestream readiness

Requirements:

• Experience in BGLS / livestream background design, with the ability to create camera-facing layouts for live commerce, including host area, product display zone, promotional message area, and supporting visual elements
• Hands-on experience in real livestream setup, including basic studio arrangement, camera-facing composition, lighting setup, and on-camera visual optimization
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for image editing, retouching, compositing, background creation, and final artwork preparation
• Ability to prepare print-ready files and production artwork for livestream/event setups, including backdrops, booths, standees, display shelves, podiums, signage, POSM, and other physical props
• Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to research visual references, livestream trends, beauty/skincare brand references, materials, props, and production ideas to support concept development and practical execution
• Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and adapt to frequent brief changes in a fast-paced production environment
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle practical design and production challenges such as layout adjustment, camera angle limitations, lighting conditions, material constraints, print file issues, and last-minute brief changes
• Open to continuous learning, especially in AI tools, livestream design trends, platform requirements, and evolving creative workflow

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Dreamina, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Gemini, or similar tools to support design exploration and production
• Ability to create prompts for livestream backgrounds, product display zones, lighting, materials, and visual mood exploration
• Experience designing premium livestream backgrounds or commercial set visuals for beauty/skincare brands
• Familiarity with e-commerce and social commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• English proficiency is a plus
