Livestream Operations Support (Freelancer)

This role to support the daily operations of our TikTok Shop business (3 stores Innisfree sub-account). This role is responsible for ensuring smooth livestream execution, monitoring video performance, and coordinating with the media team to optimize advertising performance. The ideal candidate is Tiktok Seller Center proficiency, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Livestream Operations
Build promotion scheme for Tiktok based on PnL regulation
Top KOL deal promotion support
Manage day-to-day livestream operations, including livestream setup and deal configuration.
Monitor livestream performance and ensure smooth execution throughout each session.
Troubleshoot operational issues during livestreams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Follow up closely with livestream hosts to ensure operational readiness and execution quality.
Track key livestream performance metrics and provide regular reports.

2. Video Performance Management
Monitor and analyze video performance on TikTok Shop.
Prepare regular performance reports and highlight key insights.
Identify opportunities to improve content performance and traffic efficiency.

3. Media Performance Support
Support the Media team in monitoring the performance of livestream and video advertising campaigns.
Assist in adjusting campaign settings and optimization based on performance.
Coordinate with the Media team to ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs.

4. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with internal teams & Brand team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
Support ad hoc operational tasks and special projects when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Key Account Management for the TikTok Shop platform.
• Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, healthcare, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
• English proficiency at a conversational level.

Core Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of web analytics platforms and digital marketing tools is highly desirable.

Personal Attributes

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, livestream operations, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced working environment.
