About the Role

Own the remote quality control and sales performance of creator livestreams in the US TikTok Shop market. You will work behind the scenes during live sessions—planning and managing the shopping cart, monitoring stream health, pinning deals, seeding comments, and guiding the creator's on-stream script—to keep every livestream running smoothly and converting.

Scope of Work

Plan and manage product cart lineup for each livestream based on product focus keys decided by the creator team

Provide real-time remote support during live sessions to protect stream quality and drive sales

Responsibilities

Build the cart plan ahead of each livestream, sequencing products according to the team's agreed product focus keys

Arrange and reorder the live shopping cart (product order, pricing, bundles)

Monitor stream quality and sales performance in real time; resolve issues

Pin key deals/products to maximize conversion

Seed comments to drive engagement and social proof

Guide and adjust the creator's livestream script in real time

Coordinate with creator and Ads/Ops teams

Log post-stream insights

English working proficiency

Experience supporting/moderating livestream commerce preferred

Strong understanding of TikTok Shop LIVE mechanics

Sales-driven mindset

Comfortable multitasking under pressure

Clear communicator

Available during US livestream hours; responsive on Lark

Nice to Have

Familiarity with OBS Studio and TikTok LIVE Studio

Experience with multi-cam or scene switching

Basic troubleshooting skills for stream quality/connectivity
