Livestream Assistant

1. Responsible for coordinating with the main host in product selection, and organizing the selling points of each live broadcast to ensure accurate and error-free information.
2. Responsible for managing and ensuring the safety and aesthetics of samples and materials in the live broadcast room.
3. Collaborate on live stream preheating and promotional announcements, and assist in shooting short videos.
4. Assist the main host in showcasing products during the live broadcast, and manage the handling of samples on and off the stage.
5. Participate actively throughout the entire live stream, interact with the main host and fans, enliven the atmosphere in the live room, and guide fan engagement.
6. After the live broadcast, responsible for organizing and collecting live stream samples, creating a list of sample losses, and coordinating with the finance personnel.
7. Responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and feedback from the main host, and effectively resolving issues by proposing reasonable solutions.
8. Live interaction: Assist the main host in creating dialogue scenarios and converting orders during the live stream.
9. Serve as a substitute host: According to event requirements, be able to support the main host in live streaming and successfully achieve business results through Live Streaming Operator.
10. Optimize live script.
11. Monitor live stream data on the big screen.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Familiar with the structure and rules of e-commerce live streaming, with strong language expression, quick response, good logical thinking, and proactive attitude.
2. Skilled at capturing trends, possessing strong product presentation and communication skills.
3. Strong ability to control the pace, high service orientation, and some crowd control capabilities.
4. Prior live streaming experience is preferred.
5. Proficient in live stream data monitoring on the big screen.
