1. Legal Manager

• Lead the Legal Unit of Compliance Deprtament (CD) in all aspects of legal functions which include legal advisory, documentation review, litigation and legal proceedings.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the Legal Unit of CD to ensure the Bank’s legal interest is protected.

• Ensure proper and timely execution of work assigned and that it is duly and properly carried out in accordance with Head Office’s/ Department’s guidelines, policies, procedures and instructions.

• Ensure that all actions carried out are in compliance with the guidelines, policies and procedures issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), other regulators and Head Office.

• Keep abreast with the latest developments and changesin the law and regulations relating to the banking industryfrom SBV, Head Office and other local relevant authorities.

2. Legal Officer

Education & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Law.

● Lawyer practicing certificate/bar admission is preferred.

● Master’s degree or overseas legal qualification is an advantage.

Experience

● At least 5 years of experience in legal, preferably in banking, financial institutions, or reputable law firms.

● Strong experience in banking regulations, corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.

● Experience leading legal teams and advising senior management.

Knowledge & Skills

● Strong understanding of banking laws, corporate laws, and regulatory framework.

● Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

● Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

● Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
