Legal Manager

Role Purpose

The Legal Manager serves as a strategic legal business partner supporting Contrau ECO’s cross-border operations, investment activities, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across Vietnam and overseas jurisdictions. The role is expected to leverage AI tools, legal technology, and modern workflow systems to deliver scalable legal support in a fast-growing, technology-enabled organization.

● Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputable university.

● Experience in corporate, commercial, M&A, investment, governance, and regulatory matters.
