Tuyển dụng Legal Executive - Chuyên Viên Pháp Lý tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Vietnam and English.

- Act as in-house legal counsel for all departments in respect of industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contract, joint venture, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor & employment, etc.

- Coordinate and contact with all government authorities in Vietnam and overseas to submit the application and apply for any business license and/or permission, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor in Law.

- Have 2-3 years of experience in draft and review contracts and agreements (especially in construction and real estate), foreign investment, procedures under law on enterprise and investment, well working with internal departments and contractors.

- Have knowledge in business law especially the special law such as real estate and industrial estate regulation, Land Law, Construction Law, Law on Enterprise/Investment ,etc.

- Good mindset, flexible with commitment, commercial sense.

- Good English in all skills (equivalent to TOEIC 700).

- Lawyer license is preferred.

* Working Time: 8:00 - 16:30, Mon - Sat (if there is no company's event, training or work demand, employee can arrange work from home on Sat).

* Current Workplace: Amata Service Center, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai City.

* Future Workplace: Amata City Long Thanh IP (go by company bus).

* Shuttle bus from HCMC: Nguyen Van Troi Street, near Dien Bien Phu crossroads and Thu Duc crossroads.
