Tuyển dụng LEGAL COUNSEL tại Hồ Chí Minh

Provide comprehensive legal support to the Company by ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws, protecting the Company's legal interests, minimizing legal risks, and supporting business growth through practical legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory : Provide legal advice to the Board of Management and all departments regarding legal risks and regulatory compliance.
Contract Management: Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements and legal documents to safeguard the Company's interests.
Risk Assessment & Business Support: Evaluate legal risks under Vietnamese laws; participate in negotiations to provide practical solutions that satisfy business objectives.
Dispute Resolution & Compliance: Update management on regulatory changes; mitigate and handle disputes/litigation; coordinate with external counsels and drive audit-related matters.
Other Duties : Perform any other assignments directed by the BOD

Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, business law, and employment law in Vietnam and related procedures.
Good MS Office/O365; excellent planning, time management, and reporting; handles multi-tasking under pressure
Strong research and analytical skills to build proactive/defensive legal strategies; import/export experience is a plus.
Outstanding communication and negotiation; maintains strong ties with internal departments and HQ.
