Legal Counsel

Conduct Legal Due Diligence for investment, M&A, and other strategic transactions of the Group.

Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including SPA, SHA, Investment Agreements, and other legal documents.

Lead and support investment and M&A transactions throughout the entire transaction lifecycle

Identify, assess, and recommend solutions for legal risks, undisclosed liabilities, and unfavorable contractual provisions that may impact the Company's interests and transaction outcomes

University graduation with a bachelor’s degree or higher in law.

At least 5 years of international legal work experience in an in-house office or law firm.

Legal background with experience in transactions, investment, finance, or M&A fields.

High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and honesty.

Strong research skills, legal analysis and risk evaluation skills .

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English, especially in the legal field, is required.
