Legal & Compliance Manager (English | HCM)

- Legal Compliance & Advisory
- Oversee legal compliance across Vietnam entities and locations, ensuring alignment with local and national regulations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes that may impact the company and develop related policies or procedures.
- Advise leadership and internal teams on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Licensing, Customs & Government Relations
- Manage licensing, permits, registrations, renewals, and year-end customs documentation for company operations in Vietnam.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, third-party contractors, authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
- Support ISO, fire safety assessments, and maintain positive relationships with government authorities.
- Contracts, Land Use & Legal Documentation
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Handle land use rights matters, lease agreements, land title issues, and related disputes.
Work with external legal advisors on disputes, litigation, and arbitration; maintain accurate legal records and reports for management and regional teams.

- Required working experience
- 7–10 years of post-qualification experience as a Legal & Compliance Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field; legal certification is a plus.
- Required Languages:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Required knowledge and skills
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
