Lease Management Executive

Issue all lease documents accurately & timely
Provide lease management support for the properties within the Company’s portfolio
Be responsible for arrears under account assigned
Be responsible for the management of the tenancies which includes lease administration, managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions
Collect all money arising from the lease
Follow up the data base regarding to the contractual performance/ leasing indicators
Be responsible for data input of contractual/leasing matters
Be responsible for the POS’s installation before the lease commencement date and consistently well operating during the lease term.
Key in data accurately related to the lease in SAP for rental billing
Performs other tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s  Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Laws or its equivalent
Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills - English Advance
Proficiency with MS Office application, especially outstandingly skilled at Excel
Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in lease management/operation/laws on real estate/accounting on real estate
Should be meticulous, diligent, highly organized and have lots of initiatives.
Include excellent communication and interpersonal skills
