Learning & Development Executive (6 month contract)

Schedule and conduct recruitment strategy and project to fulfill the company expansion plan
Identify the training needs by joining fieldwork to propose solution accordingly
Execute the approved plans and projects of the People Development Department (PD)
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to drive the PD Projects
Communicate and collaborate with external business partners to run Con Cung Employee Engagement Programs
Continuously observe and learn the people development and engagement trend (techniques, channels, stories…) to propose initiatives and solutions to line manager
Act under compliance to be the ambassador of Con Cung culture to promote Con Cung core values.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing or experience in Hospitality
At least 1-year experience in service or office field
Fluent in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
Able to use Photoshop, AI, and other design application is a plus
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure
Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
