Learning and Development Trainer

Job Purpose: Conduct training and develop different set of materials that will help to mold our operations staff into achieving the company's goals and standards.

Work Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess training needs analysis through survey, interview within organization

Follow training plan to conduct Operational Training related to business for all employees especially for CS and other Operations team members

Monitor and evaluate training program to ensure the effectiveness

Deliver product training, Backoffice system training, Product refresher course for all related departments

Prepare training material for all new products and new features. Arrange all related training schedule to ensure the proper information is delivered on time.

Collaborate with subject matter expert of different departments to support the training schedule effectiveness upon completion

Assist on Workshop Program and Language Exchange Club

Organize External training program for respective languages

Conduct New Employee Orientation within organization

Assist on input for Learning Management System

Ad hoc training related tasks

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Mass Communication or AB Communications. Any equivalent.

Entry Level - Fresh Graduates Welcome

Excellent English communication skills (Written and Verbal).

Experienced in training field for Customer Service, Operations, Sales or Marketing.

Background in BPO is a plus.

Background in training for Expatriates.

Intermediate skills in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Background in handling different learning management systems is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
