3. Dau Giay Factory: Lot M1-M5, Dau Giay Industrial Park, Dau Giay Ward, Dong Nai City
APPLICATION PROCESS
• Round 1: Application Period (Aug - Sep 2026)
• Round 2: Online Assessment (Sep - Oct 2026)
• Round 3: Assessment Day (Oct 2026)
• Round 4: Final Interviews (Oct - Nov 2026)
Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.​
Proficiency in English communication (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certification).​
Minimum GPA of 2.7/4 or 7/10.​
Demonstrated analytical skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities.​
Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to pressure and change.​
A proactive mindset with creativity in problem-solving.​
