Leader Booking KOL (Tiếng Anh Tốt)

a. Team Leadership

• Lead and manage all MCN and KOL Booking team members across multiple brands;
• Set clear targets and closely monitor team performance;
• Coach, guide, and directly support team members to achieve results;
• KOL/MCN Business Development;
• Proactively identify, approach, and develop partnerships with KOLs, creators, and MCNs;
• Actively source and identify high-potential KOLs/KOCs and MCNs for collaboration;
• Personally handle key deals and negotiations with top partners;
• Expand and maintain a strong and scalable KOL/MCN network.

b. Execution & Performance Driving

• Take ownership of KOL campaign execution and booking performance;
• Supervise and improve the quality of KOL/KOC content, including content direction, script alignment, and daily video review;
• Ensure all KOL/KOC outputs meet brand standards and performance expectations;
• Drive key metrics such as GMV, revenue, and campaign effectiveness;
• Ensure fast, high-quality execution in a target-driven environment.

c. Collaboration & Reporting

• Report directly to Brand Manager/Company and execute assigned strategies;
• Work closely with Brand and internal teams to ensure aligned execution. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3 - 4 years of experience in: Influencer Marketing / KOL / MCN / Social Commerce, or Business Development in Digital Marketing / Ecommerce;
• Candidates with offline business development experience are also welcome (KOL collaboration experience is preferred but not mandatory);
• At least 2 years of team leadership or management experience;
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build partnerships;
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver performance in a target-driven environment;
• Strong leadership and team management capability; 
• Highly result-driven, energetic, and able to work under pressure;
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset (not purely strategic);
• Strong ownership, accountability, and professional working attitude.
• Language skills:
  • Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred;
  • Strong English communication is acceptable;
  • Candidates without foreign language skills may still be considered.
