LAB SUPERVISOR (R&D Team)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
1.      Support daily operations in the lab including:
a.      General knowledge and status of the top priority projects being tested.
b.      Tech workload management
c.      General test equipment capacity and utilization
2.      Have an in-depth knowledge of all the test equipment in the lab and their functions.
3.      Perform design verification testing and support testing from other technicians to ensure tests are completed in a timely manner.
4.      Review completed test data and reports for accuracy and completeness.
5.      Support customer questions and lab tours pertaining to test methods, equipment, and data.
👉 Who will be a good fit?
1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/related field.
2. Experience operate machine/tooling
-> Humidity (Giant-force)
-> Thermal shock (Gian -force)
-> Thermal Age (Oven)
Nice to have experience with below machine/tooling (if not, we are ready to train associate).
-> Starret (Force tester)
-> LLCR, IR/DWV (how much voltage can break our connector)
-> CCC (Current carry capacity)
3. Experience in people management (Engineers/Technician/Inspector)
4. Good communication in English
5. Sense of accuracy, Teamwork/Win-win/Respective attitude.
📍Working location: Long Thanh IP, Dong Nai.
