Lab Leader

Oversee all testing procedures to guarantee they adhere to precise standards and achieve the desired results.
Develop and deliver training programs to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of the QA Lab team.
Manage the calibration, maintenance, and repair schedules for testing equipment within the lab, ensuring optimal functionality.
Foster clear communication within the QA Lab team and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Lab role within the garment/textile industry or a third-party testing lab.
In-depth knowledge of testing standards and requirements specific to the Chinese garment market.
Basic English communication skills (advantageous).
