JOB OBJECTIVES / AGREEMENT ON OBJECTIVES

This role is responsible for ensuring successful execution of production activities. The focus is on technical and process issues: Plan, organize and execute efficient equipment and process. Maintenance to ensure excellent manufacturing processes. Plan, organize and execute troubleshooting activities that lead to sustainable resolution of issues to avoid un-planned downtime or delays in production.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide technical expertise and support on all topics related to released equipment and processes. Experience in process and equipment improvement, with PLC programming and integration capabilities.

• Perform fault analysis for process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and develop rewiring procedures, including component-level. Utilizing SQL, Python, and Power BI for monitoring, analysis, and forecasting issues is an advantage.

• Implement/Deploy Process & Equipment related to RRC standards.

• Provide daily technical feedback and share expertise on the existing product portfolio.

• Participate in the development of new products and processes within the skill and capabilities of this position.

• Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS FOR JOB HOLDER

EDUCATION

Bachelor or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in Electronics, Mechanics or Mechatronics

• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing / mass production environment

• Active application of Problem-Solving tools and methodology

• Performed maintenance and troubleshooting for production equipment

LANGUAGES

• Native-language Vietnamese

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must

IT SKILLS

• MS Office

• Experience with SAP / MES

• Experience with PLC, SQL, Python, PowerBI is priority

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Enthusiasm for getting “hands on” with product and production equipment, willing to learn about RRC products

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in leading root cause and corrective action investigations

• Driven, self-starter personality, with a good service mind
