• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and factory, including office areas as well as general facilities.
• Maintain all production machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the factory facilities (production machines, air conditioning, air compressors, lighting, water supply, doors, windows, low-voltage power distribution) to detect and resolve problems.
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment during machine service.
• Lead all maintenance processes.
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
• Make repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical or related majors.
• A valid low-voltage electrician operation certificate or Certificate in Industrial Electricity
• Having experience in mechanical maintenance.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Average English skill.
